Definitions

Service: shall refer to Kabtion and its services.

Developer: shall refer to Kabtion’s developer.

User: shall refer to anyone above 13 years of age and uses the Service.

Paid Service: Additional services provided by the Developer to the User, referred to herein as the "Paid Service".

Policy: shall refer to the Privacy Policy applied to Kabtion.

Disclosure of Personal information: shall refer to the User’s provision of personal information to Kabtion and affirmative agreement to share and use the User’s Personal Information as provided herein.

This Policy is to inform visitors regarding the policies of the Service regarding the sharing, use, and Disclosure of Personal Information if any User decides to use the Service.

If a User chooses to use the Service, thereby, the User agrees to the sharing and use of Information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that this Service shares is used for providing and improving the Service. The User’s Personal Information shall not be used or shared with anyone except as described herein.

Information share and Use

1. For a better experience while using this Service, The Service may automatically collect some personally identifiable information, including (not limited to) crash logs, diagnostics, other performance-related data, app interactions and device’s specifications and/or device’s other identifiers. In the meanwhile, Kabtion may share this information with third-party services that may use this information to identify the User. 

2. To benefit from Paid Service, it requires collecting some of the User’s data and information including (not limited to) Username, Email address and content (=includes all videos, photos or any other files required to benefit from The Service.)

Log Data

Whenever the User uses the Service and an error in Kabtion occurred, some data and information (through third-party products) on the User’s phone, called Log Data, may be collected. This Log Data may include information such the User’s device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, the device name, the operating system version, the configuration of Kabtion when utilizing the Service, the time and date of using the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to the User’s browser from the websites that the User’s visits and are stored on the User device's internal memory. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, Kabtion may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.

Service Providers

 third-party companies and individuals may be employed due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate the Service;

• To provide the Service;

• To perform Service-related services; or

• To analyze how the Service is used.

Third parties have access to the Users’ Personal Information to perform the tasks assigned to them on the Developer’ behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Security

The Developer values the User’s trust in providing Personal Information, thus the Developer is striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. the Developer would rather to remind the Users that there is no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secured and reliable. Thus, the Developer cannot guarantee its absolute security.

To California Residents

Under the applicable California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), Users who live in California have certain rights with respect to their Personal Information collected by the Developer for business purposes. These rights include:

• The right to know about the Personal Information the Developer collects and shares.

• The right to delete their Personal Information.

• The right to opt-out of receiving personalized ads.

• The right to not be discriminated against if they exercise their rights under the CCPA.

Under the applicable General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), Users who live in the countries of the European Economic Area ("EEA") and the United Kingdom ("UK") have certain rights with respect to their Personal Information collected by the Developer for business purposes. • The right to be informed; the User has the right to clarify the processing of the Personal Information, why and who else these information may be exchanged with.

• The right to access; the User can view the Personal Information that is collected or shared by the Developer.

• The right to rectification; the User can correct the Personal Information if what is collected or shared is incorrect.

• The right to delete; the User can request for Personal Information deletion under certain circumstances.

• The right to restrict data processing; the User can restrict Personal Data processing.

• The right to data portability; the User can request the Personal Information in a machine-readable format.

• The right to complaint; the User can file a complaint if the User believes that the Personal Data processing is discompliant with the primary purpose.

• The right not to be subject to automated decision-making; in relation to the User's Personal Data, the Developer confirms that there is no automated decision making is used.

Children’s Privacy

This service does not address anyone under the age of 13. the Developer does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the User is a parent or a guardian and aware that the User’s child has provided the Developer with personal information, please contact the Developer so that necessary actions to be taken.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Developer may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. The Developer will notify the User of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Therefore, the User shall carefully review this Policy after any update.
